Art appreciation. So, tumblr messed with my queue and posted this early, before I got the chance to find the name of the artist. Unsurprisingly, this genius bit of Batman roguery is by Tim Sale (I’m as surprised as you are that “roguery” is a word). I’m editing this post to include the original version of this piece because it shows that someone cropped it. Beside the fact that cropping it took away some of the creep-factor from his helmet, it also removed his signature. It’s ok to post art to tumblr without providing the source—I try not to do it, but this is the internet not a college essay and it’s understandable, especially when you’re reblogging. However, it is never ok to remove someone’s signature. Not cool, bros.
